The Position: Per Diem Intake RN (Remote)
The Intake Registered Professional Nurse takes referrals and processes appropriate home care services. They maintain open lines of communication with referral sources and within Americare departments, and promote Americare by means of positive customer service approach. This position is on site in our Brooklyn office.

Requirements:
Current NYS RN License
CHHA experience a plus .
HCHB and Allscript experience.
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized, possess a strong attention to detail
Experience with multitasking and working in a high pressure work environment
Computer literacy; experience with Home Care Home base a plus.
