Licensed Home Care Agency seeking (2) License Registered Nurses

Position # 1 - Registered Nurse Educational Instructor- Per Diem

Job Duties: include conducting in-service classes, evaluating aide skills, orienting aide to agency policies and procedures. Must be able to commit to 1-2 classes weekly. Classes range from 2-4 hours. No Experience Required, will train.

Position # 2- Registered Visiting Nurse - Per Diem

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain close communication with the Director of Patient Services and interdisciplinary team
• Responds to phone calls and emails in a timely manner
• Reporting all issues and concerns to the Director of Patient Services immediately
• Completes documentation accurately and submits timely to agency
• Provides the highest quality care in accordance with DOH regulations

Qualifications

• Graduate of approved School of Nursing
• Current NYS RN license
• Able to function independently with minimum supervision
• Demonstrates strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to travel to patient’s homes (for visiting nurse position)

Flexible, based on your availability

Experience:

• Home Care: 1 year required (if applying for Registered Visiting Nurse Position)

Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
