Job Description

We are seeking a Program Management Specialist for future work supporting the US Navy. If you are seeking a new challenge, this one is for you!

As a Program Management Specialist, you will:

A week in the life of a Program Management Specialist:

  • Functions as the single point of contact between the contractor and COR
  • Oversees the entire contract assuring that the proper personnel are assigned to the individual task orders
  • Publishes the monthly reports, handles invoicing, reviews Statements of Work and funding issues, hires personnel, and advises the COR on project status and any potential problem areas. 
Job Requirements
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • BA/BS degree in business management, instructional technology or equivalant

At least ten (10) continuous years’ experience in:

  • Managing an educational design and development project, with two or more year’s professional experience working on a contract for the Navy/DoD or another Department of Defense agency.

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The Salary range for this position is $95,000 - 105,000K. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
