Description of Move Coordinator/Admin Assistant:
-Schedule moves
-Data entry
-Inbound and outbound calls
-Other admin duties as assigned
Details of Move Coordinator/Admin Assistant:
-Monday - Friday
-$20-23 DOE
-8:00am - 5:00pm
Requirements and Qualifications of Move Coordinator/Admin Assistant:
-Efficient at data entry
-Prior office experience in operations/logistics field
-Able to multi- task and show initiative
-Excellent communication skills and comfortable on the phone
Physical Requirements of Administrative and Accounting Assistant:
-Able to sit and concentrate for long periods of time
-Visually able to read forms, letters, and accurately transcribe into computer records
