Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our organization. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, including strategic planning, business development, and operations management. This is a senior leadership position that requires exceptional leadership skills and the ability to drive organizational growth and success.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes and procedures
- Identify opportunities for business development and partnerships to drive growth
- Manage financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and innovation
- Build relationships with stakeholders, including board members, donors, community partners, and government agencies
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Pay: $86,250.00 - $95,113.00 per year
