Salary Range: $16 - $17/hr. based on experience

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in data entry and using computer systems
- 1 to 3 years strong customer service background with experience in inbound call centers
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems and provide top-notch phone etiquette
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Experience in upselling and sales is an advantage
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Comfortable with outbound calling when necessary
- Knowledge or experience in plumbing and HVAC is beneficial
