We are now accepting applications for a General Maintenance Worker in Henderson, Ky.
THIS IS A FULL TIME, TEMP TO HIRE POSITION
Monday-Friday (over time as needed)
8am-4pm
Responsibilities
- Performs MINOR painting, carpentry, and masonry work.
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, parking lots, and other work areas Prepares apartments for move-in and completes refurbishing of apartments after move-out, including painting of apartments.
- Inspects buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repairs making notes and recommendations using an established checklist.
- Maintains grounds including outside residence repair and garbage removal or coordinates services with outside vendors where appropriate.
- Performs MINOR electrical maintenance.
- Performs MINOR plumbing maintenance.
Major Issues will be repaired by an outside Contractor.All major Electrical and Plumbing will be conducted by an outside contractor.
