American Pro Staffing is Hiring a Project Manager Near Portland, TN

This position will work throughout the Nothern Tennesee area - (Portland, Gallatin, and surrounding areas.). The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising focus on safety excellence. This position will be responsible for managing construction projects from pre-construction to project completion. This will include, but not be limited to plan design reviews, site reviews, project development, safety, resource management, project supervision, etc.

Description:

· New business development and project estimating

· Reviewing proposals, plans, drawings, and specifications

· Working with internal and external personnel on developing project plans, safety plans, resource plans, etc.

· Providing direction, training, and leadership to project crews including sub-contractors and other personnel

· Interfacing with local officials, inspectors, and other state transportation cabinet personnel

· Managing project(s) including job cost tracking

Qualifications:

· Excellent project planning, scheduling, and organizational skills with attention to detail

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

· Preferably, 10 years of direct industry experience including supervision of a variety of site personnel

· Positive customer service-oriented attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
