American Pro Staffing, Inc., is a staffing and HR consulting firm that offers full-cycle recruitment services for a variety of sectors. We are expanding our team and looking to add commission-based Account Managers/Sales Reps to sell our staffing services to businesses nationwide.

This is a 100% Commission-based 1099 position. Earn tiered commissions weekly on each landed and verified deal without any caps! High performing sales reps can easily earn $100k their first year remotely as their own boss! Company cell phone and verified fuel reimbursement provided.

The staffing sales rep is responsible for the sales process of short and long term initiatives and staffing requirements by identifying and securing new job orders.

Responsibilities:

• Create a consistent pipeline of new permanent placement job orders

• Gain market share with new clients

• Meet with client Hiring Managers on a daily basis to develop lasting relationships

• Manage client relationships, pre-sales / post-sales

• Developing and implementing sales strategies.

• Should have previous relationship market

* Establish relationships with potential client decision makers.

• Work closely with the recruiting team to clearly communicate client requirements ensuring the successful identification of candidates.

Requirements: • 2 years' experience in a staffing account management/business development role in the IT Staffing industry is REQUIRED.

• Experience in recruiting for Construction, General Labor, Manufacturing, Skilled Trades, IT, Sales, Finance, or HR roles preferred

• Cold-calling and lead generation
