Position Overview: We are searching for a dedicated and proficient individual to serve as a highly skilled Maintenance Technician, focusing on the upkeep and repair of production and manufacturing equipment. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the reliability and productivity of our machinery, thereby contributing significantly to the success of our manufacturing operations across diverse industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive maintenance checks on production and manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Expertly diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, executing precise repairs and adjustments to minimize downtime and optimize operational performance.
  • Maintain meticulous records of maintenance activities, meticulously documenting inspection reports, repair logs, and equipment performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring seamless coordination of equipment availability for ongoing production schedules and upcoming projects.
  • Adhere rigorously to stringent safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety excellence, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in equipment maintenance, with a proven track record in production and manufacturing environments, preferably within heavy machinery industries.
  • Exceptional mechanical aptitude and advanced proficiency in diagnosing and repairing intricate hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
  • Superior problem-solving abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail, enabling you to effectively address complex maintenance challenges and optimize equipment performance.
  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage time to meet demanding maintenance deadlines, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability and initiative.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to various production facilities and job sites as required to support operational needs.
