Qualifications:

• Mechanical experience with boats, marine equipment, or related field
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs. and work in outdoor conditions
• Reliable with a commitment to providing excellent customer service
• Comfortable with basic hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work with a sense of urgency
• Willingness to work shifts starting at 6 am, with seasonal overtime up to 12-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations of Sunstream boat lifts and accessories
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
• Interact directly with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
• Keep accurate records of service calls and parts used
• Assist in training customers on the use and maintenance of boat lifts
• Install new Sunstream products, including the freestanding SunLift, the free-floating FloatLift, and the revolutionary automatic boat cover SwiftShield.
• Prepare for the day's work, including reviewing installation plans and loading equipment.
• Keep equipment properly maintained for optimal performance.
• Perform shallow in-water work as needed.

Work Details:

• Full-time position with at least 40 hours per week
• Seasonal overtime may be required during peak periods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to participate in on-the-job training and professional development

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
