Quality Improvement Specialist
American National is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist to conduct quality claims audits to maintain claims guidelines, consistent processes, and level of quality standards.
You may also perform estimate reviews and / or do full re-inspections. In other cases, you may be responsible for assisting an analyst, a specialist, the department, and / or other high-level positions that handle operational functions of the business area.
What You'll Do
Conduct quality assurance reviews to maintain compliance and technical quality according to operational guidelines and internal processes;
including requesting follow-up action, monitoring completion and / or reports, as necessary
