A premier assisted living and skilled nursing care facility located in Akron, OH is looking for a strong Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) is responsible for managing the facility kitchen and staff through careful planning and organizing of the overall operations of the Dining Services department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards and by ensuring quality nutritional meals are prepared and served from kitchens maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
Qualifications:
- Must have prior experience as a Dietary Manager
- Must have long term care experience
- Must have ServSafe Certification
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
