We are looking to hire a detail-oriented, Internal Support person to support our team members. Responsibilities
· Assist agents with their requests, including providing additional paperwork, making notes, and updating their requests.
· Utilize various social media platforms and web services.
· Provide exceptional customer service to both recruits and agents, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records information in our databases.
· Collaborate with team members to support their goals and provide necessary administrative support.
· Prepare and distribute reports related to agent and recruit activities.
Requirements
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Problem solver
· Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
