The Company is seeking an HR Director to oversee all aspects of human resources and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the HR team, developing and implementing HR initiatives and policies in line with the company's objectives, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include leading recruitment and onboarding processes, managing performance, and providing guidance on employee relations. A Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in HR management, is required.
