American Hearing Aids Associates is Hiring an Audiologist Near Dayton, OH

Overview:
Miami Valley Hearing and Balance, LLC a privately-owned Audiology practice with 2 locations, south Dayton and Vandalia, is seeking a licensed audiologist to add to our team. We have been helping patients in our community since 2004 and we are passionate about providing both the best hearing healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible.Licensed audiologists seeking either full or part time employment are welcome to apply.
The audiologist will be responsible for hearing evaluations, fittings, and follow-up care. Additionally, provide counsel, guidance and education to patients in order to help them realize the best solution to treat their hearing loss.

The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role:

  • Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
  • Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs.
  • Opportunity to provide cochlear implant and BAHA evaluations, activation, and follow up mapping.
  • Deliver Best Practices at every appointment to ensure best possible patient outcomes.
  • Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
  • May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events.
  • Help with Monitoring supply levels.
  • Timely response to phone calls, emails, or letters to and from patients and other team members
  • To ensure success candidates should also possess the following.
  • EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
  • Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients
  • Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
