What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an exceptional Full Time or Part Time Audiologistto join our team of dedicated professionals. Are you passionate about providing the best patient care as part of a growing team? We look forward to learning more about you!
What You’ll Do:
  • Work with both adult and pediatric patients
  • Conduct diagnostic comprehensive hearing evaluations
  • Executes a treatment plan through excellent counseling and education
  • Recommend and fit proper hearing devices based on patient’s needs
  • Assist in clinical administrative functions including phone calls, documentation, and reporting
  • Maintain confidentiality of all business and patient information
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures
  • May also be involved in marketing and public outreach, including community events, lunch and learns, health fairs, and senior living events.
What You’ll Need:
  • Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients
  • Masters or Doctorate in Audiology
  • Active NY Dispensing license or eligible for licensure
  • Patient-centered approach with great listening skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence others
  • Desire to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team of professionals
  • Flexible and adaptable; open to change and feedback
What We Offer:
  • Base Salary:
o Part Time employees: $40-$50/hour
o Full Time employees: $65K plus
  • Full-time employees are also eligible for the following benefits:
o 401K
o Pension
