JOB SUMMARY:
The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for guiding and helping introduce people to the company’s culture and operations. The position is to ensure each new hire adjusts to the work environment of the company during their first few days on the job.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
o High school diploma or equivalent required
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management preferred
o Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role preferred
o Direct experience with talent acquisition preferred
o Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resource information systems (HRIS) preferred
o UltiPro/UKG experience preferred
