Job Description:
Manager Account coverage for corporate and education dining services including culinary and service operation
Execute all menus, including daily meal service and catering; modifies the menu based on food trends, costs, patron requests, and seasonal availability
Weekly inventory, knowledge of on-line catering and order systems, purchasing and all food safety protocol
Manage labor, work schedules and employees
Superior customer service skills are required; will interact daily with our customers and client
May assist with special corporate projects or events
