Job Requirements:
- Superior customer service skills and daily interactions with our customers and clients
- Have a strong understanding of employee and client relations
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field
- 6 years previous experience as a General Manager or Food Service Director
- Experience in corporate business dining, restaurant, or general food beverage is preferred
- Experience in hotels, corporate dining, education services or large convention facilities is a plus

Job Description:
- Manage the cafs daily meal service, events and operations related to finance and catering
- Oversee Catering with meetings, corporate events, and dining services
- Provide strategic leadership; hire, train, and develop staff, manage work schedules, create and retain a cohesive team of associates
- Responsible for P L (profit loss) by preparing policies and standard operating procedures
- Maintain caf satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiate improvements as needed
- Conserve safe, secure, and healthy facility environments by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures
- May assist with special corporate projects or events
