****JOB SUMMARY****

The Outbound Sales Representative will be calling on our massive database of existing and new customers with the goal of collecting initial information, identifying needs and transferring to a licensed mortgage consultant. * Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative (example: call center, collections)

* Track record of exceeding quotas

* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of people

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

* High school degree

* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

* Willingness to go the extra mile to engage customers

* Highly driven to be successful and money motivated

* Familiarity with CRM systems a plus

* Adaptable to work with different types of people and personality types

* Comfortable with computers, e-mail and multi-tasking with while on the phone

Compensation for this role is $15.50 an hour a monthly bonus
