As a Customer Experience Representative, we're seeking candidates with exceptional customer service prowess. Your role involves mastering the local market, pioneering new business prospects, and employing consultative sales techniques to exceed customer expectations.

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of sales experience, with a preference for candidates versed in marketing, prospecting, networking, and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Previous insurance experience is a valuable asset.
  • OR Two years of customer service expertise
  • Possession of or willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license (preferred before start and mandatory post-employment)
