The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.

The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Own and manage end-to-end campaign execution for the Marriott face-to-face channels (Vacation Club & On Property), including campaign calendar and creative collateral
  • Develop and distribute reporting and analytics across all channels within Marriott acquisition (digital, email, mobile, and face-to-face)
  • Support in-person and digital customer experience improvements/capabilities (including kiosk/digital application experiences and in-person processes)
  • Become a team leader in driving change and creating efficiency in job
  • Support the management of the day-to-day relationships and processes with key cross-functional partners such as: Product teams, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Capabilities, Brand Teams, Creative Governance, and Marketing Partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years of marketing experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform business decisions and articulate success 
  • Desire to join a high-profile, results-oriented and dynamic team
  • Proactive self-motivator who takes initiative, learns, follows-up, and identifies new approaches
  • Positive attitude: solutions orientation and commitment to success
  • Passion for “solving puzzles” and simplifying complex issues
  • Ability to build and leverage strong relationships to influence partners
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and operate effectively under changing conditions
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • BA/BS Required

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
