What you will do: (SME, 5 years experience with Syteline/CSI as position is the leader for updating and auditing the ERP system.

• Effectively lead a diverse team as SME, focused on training staff and update of the ERP Syteline/CSI (This is a must have for this position)
• Provide financial leadership to the accounting department personnel.
• Produce thorough, accurate and timely budget and expense management reporting for the organization.
• Support the annual budgeting process, including analysis and review of financial information and its impact on the business.
• Analyze and interpret financial information for planning and control purposes.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of a current in good standing Professional accreditation – CPA.
• Manufacturing experience – with a focus on Cost accounting desired.
• Exceptional knowledge of data analysis, risk management, and forecasting methods.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management, Must have 5 years of experience as a SME with Syteline/CSI ERP.
• Exposure to payroll systems preferably with Kronos/UKG Pro
• Personal Competencies desired: Action Oriented, Learning, Ethical Standards, Communication (both written and spoken) and Leader.
