American Dental Companies is Hiring a HR Specialist Near Phoenix, AZ

We are a growing doctor owned dental group based in Phoenix. Our ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is driven to succeed, embraces accountability, pays attention to detail, and always does the right thing. Our company is devoted to patient care, team care and business care.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard new employees, including I-9 verification and audits
  • Personnel record maintenance
  • Benefits management - ensure employees are properly educated about their options
  • Manage performance reviews
  • Respond to unemployment notices with proper documentation
  • Support employee queries and situations with discretion and expertise
  • Review and prepare disciplinary action requests and documentation
  • Manage offboarding exit interviews and removing access to software
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws
  • Complete special projects as assigned

Position requirements:

  • 1 year of work experience in a human resources position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills
  • Travel to multiple locations in East/West Valley and across Arizona
