Job Description:

Experience

1. Candidate must have at least 10-14 years of end-to-end IT Project management experience.

2. Must have experience in leading a large data migration project end to end

3. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.

4. Must have strong customer or stakeholder management experience.

5. Proven program management experience in a fast-paced migration or infrastructure environment.

6. Experience in leading complex project management and change initiatives.

7. Preferable to have lead AWS Cloud based data migration project.

8. Preferable (but not required) to have Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or has attended Project Management Training/ Workshop.

Knowledge and Skills

1. Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management.

2. Able to quickly form strong working relationships, builds teams and develops individuals.

3. Strong, proactive, task-driven individual with a passion to make a difference.

4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiating skills, sense of responsibility, confidence and high motivation.

5. Be proficient in the development cycle SDLC Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid model

6. Proven success influencing and working with people effectively across Horizontal

7. Have the ability to work effectively under significant deadline pressure
