American Architectural Products Group is Hiring an Office Administrator Near Venice, FL

We are an expanding company seeking a dedicated team member who shares our growth-oriented mindset. Our focus lies in manufacturing wood components, including architectural panels, planks, wood veneer faces, and casework for the construction, hospitality, and furniture industries. As the Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our office and showroom functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Communication:

  • Manage email correspondence with clients and vendors.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients and vendors.

2. **Data Management:

  • Perform data entry tasks related to quotes, sales invoices, sales orders, purchase orders, and purchase invoices.
  • Process sample requests.

3. **Coordination:

  • Collaborate with other plant locations.
  • Liaise with the accounting department.

4. **Quality Assurance:

  • Prepare quality inspection reports for incoming and outgoing products.

5. **Logistics:

  • Arrange freight and shipping for completed projects.

Most of these tasks are executed within our ERP management system, with data entry being a core aspect of this role. The ability to multitask and thrive under pressure is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
