America Chung Nam promotes socially conscious values, such as giving back to our communities, both globally and domestically, and the protection of our planet’s natural resources.Job DescriptionMonitor third party claim processCollect quality related issues and market information from inspectors and distribute to relevant buyer or RVPConduct phone meetings with Team leaders and prepare meeting agenda to EVP of Global MarketingVerify and monitor inspectors' daily activitiesAssist QC department on communication with buyers, RVPs, China Sales on quality, routing and claim issuesMaintain Inspection property list such as vehicles and testing equipmentPrepares documents for scanning and scans high volumes of paper on internal systems and client platformsEnters information from scanned images and paper documentsGenerate Excel SpreadsheetReviews and verifies data entered into system to ensure accuracyEnsures that equipment such as scanners and other processing tools are operating as intendedCommunicates with coworkers in a professional and courteous mannerDeliver files and reports to various departments within the organizationMaintain files with confidentiality in an easily accessible formatOperate and maintain office machinery, including copiers, fax machines and printOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelors Degree1 years of relevant work experienceprevious experience in office administration or other related fieldsAbility to prioritize and multitaskExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailsStrong organizational skillsExcellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly ExcelAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Pay is $22-$24/hour DOE.
