ENVE is actively seeking an AP Specialist to help our finance team raise the bar, bringing our AP group to the next level.

Located in Ogden, Utah, ENVE Composites is a manufacturer of handmade carbon fiber bicycle rims, components, and bikes. What You'll Do

The Perks:

• Range $20.50/hour - $23.50/hour DOE

Responsibilities include the following:

• Process vendor invoices, including coding and 3-way match on PO’s.
• Process credit card expenses, employee reimbursements, review account coding & receipt verification.
• Review vendor statements, assisting with vendor file maintenance and 1099 report compliance.
• Support month-end close.
• Continuous improvement process identification and implementation.

Preferred experience:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of accounts payable experience posting a variety of cash applications and payment methods.
• SAP experience, preferably SAP By Design.
