Job Description:

• Interface with Engineering/Subject Matter Experts/Maintenance Services to coordinate the planning and implementation of new or revised Assets/Equipment and Periodic Maintenance.
• Interface with customers to ensure maintenance needs are met and obtain correct charge codes.
• Experience with Integrated Document Management System (IDMS).

 Required Qualifications:

• Three years of work experience providing support and customer service in a business environment.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired Qualifications:

• Previous work experience at the Hanford Site.
• Experience with Hanford Software Systems.
• Experience in the use of EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), Job Control System or other CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management Systems) systems.
• Prior experience with Preventative Maintenance coordination, corrective maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Experience with Integrated Document Management System (IDMS).
