Full Job Description

Duties for this position include:

· Schedule field staff to provide service for patients.

· Interact with families, patients, and caregivers about services (either in person or over the phone).

· Provide patients and caregivers with accurate schedules.

· Follow-up with patients and caregivers regarding coverage, call-offs, and cancellation of staff.

· Maintain open and current communication with the management team regarding changes in the status of patients and caregivers.

· Ensure effective coordination and communication of activities.

· Participate in regular staff meetings to provide information on staffing requirements and needs.

· Maintain confidentiality regarding job responsibilities and compliance with HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.

Job Requirements

· MUST HAVE PREVIOUS HOME CARE STAFFING EXPERIENCE

· Knowledge of the HHA Exchange system

· High School Diploma or equivalent

· Ability to problem-solve challenging and complex situations that involve family members, patients, care providers, and referral sources.

· Excellent time management and organizational skills.

· Ability to prioritize own workload and quickly adjust priorities as required.

· Excellent customer service skills, including working effectively with various personality types.

· Ability to fully communicate in English and Spanish fluently
