To be considered for this role, candidates MUST:

• Learn and adapt into our LEAN culture.
• Both work and communicate effectively with other TEAM members.
• Complete a variety of laundry duties while providing outstanding, informative, and friendly guest service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area with sorted dirty and clean linens.
• Report maintenance deficiencies to maintain room compliance.
• Operate large machinery including, but not limited to professional washers, dryers, folders, and weighing scales.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.
• Have an eye to serve our customers with unrivaled quality.
• Have a Continuous Improvement/LEAN mindset in everything you do, every day.
