Summary

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Janitorial Maintenance worker is responsible for maintaining the establishment in a clean and orderly condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform any combination of tasks to maintain establishment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as operating motor-driven cleaning equipment, mopping floors, cleaning lavatories, washing walls and glass and removing rubbish.
• Perform routine maintenance activities; notify management of needed repairs and additions, and cleaning sidewalks.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of motor-driven cleaning equipment, i.e. buffers, carpet cleaners, etc.
• Successful candidates will be subject to pre-employment on-going random drug tests.

Qualifications

• Current valid Arizona Driver's License
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
• Work indoor/outdoor during extreme weather conditions.
• Must be able to work during weekend, holidays, if required.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 2-year work experience in related field.
