Oakwood Estates Nursing & Rehabilitation is a busy skilled nursing facility with excellent nursing. We are in the process of expanding our in-house therapy programs and are currently seeking a full time or part time Physical Therapist to join our fun and energetic team. We see a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions and have both short term rehab patients and long term care residents. As part of a small but growing network of skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities, we offer local leadership and facility level decision making as well as many opportunities for career advancement with our growing organization.
