Description

The office assistant is responsible for allowing entry into the building and greeting guests. The office assistant is responsible for answering phones and directing calls or questions to the appropriate area. The office assistant will be scanning, filing and maintaining all patient medical record information.

Physical Requirements

• Sedentary work- Prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally.
• Sit for 6-7 hours per day
• Walk for 1 hours per day
• Perform repetitive tasks/motions
• Distinguish colors
• Hear alarms/telephone/tape recorder/normal speaking voice
• Have good manual dexterity
