Amazon Business (AB) represents an incredible opportunity to address a vast new market segment and customer base and is an area of high interest for Amazon. We are focused on building solutions to enable B2B customers to research, discover, and buy products and services across multiple devices, marketplaces and regions, delivering everything they know and love about Amazon, for business. Our B2B customers include individual professionals, small businesses to large institutions (and everything in between). They have different needs than the traditional Amazon customer (aka Consumers), so we have to tailor everything from how we display our selection, price our products, and provide the right customer experience.
The AB Search team is seeking a Senior PMT to join our Product Management team. You will work backwards from the customer to design an experience that address B2B customer needs. You will create long-term product vision and lead a team of engineers and scientists to execute on that vision.

You will work with internal AB stakeholders and external teams, such as Core Amazon Search, Ads, and Personalization, to identify and prioritize needs. You should be able to effectively influence up and across the organization without authority, and be adept at synthesizing a variety of technologies and capabilities into high quality search experiences business customers will love.
