- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- At least 5 years of professional working experience in related occupations of Business Operations Engineer, System Analyst etc.
- At least 3 years of experience in SQL/Python working with complex datasets and experience in data visualization tools such as QuickSight, Tableau or Power BI.
- At least 2 years of experience with Excel (pivot tables, power pivots, etc)
- Ability to dive deep complex problems to find root cause analysis

Key job responsibilities
As Sales Operations Analyst II, you will use your exceptionally strong analytical skills to find the root cause analysis of the issues raised from our customers. A successful candidate will work hard on behalf of our customers to provide day to day resolution of complex tier-3 customer escalations and drive root cause resolution to eliminate future issues. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, multi-tasking, ability to navigate unknown/ambiguous issues without clear path to resolution are critical. This role requires analytical skills, critical thinking and technical savvy to understand customer issues and build trust with technical stakeholders.
A day in the life
We are not customer facing team that said our work helps Tier I & Tier II to solve the customer issues. Hence, it is important that we own the issues on behalf of our customers and resolve it. Our teams collaborate with Service Engineers, Product Managers, Account Managers and Customer Service to unblock customers challenges to have a flawless AWS experience.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
