Amazing Lash Studio Briar Forest is Hiring a Studio Manager Near Houston, TX
Principle Duties
- Set goals to achieve weekly, monthly, yearly objectives
- Ensure each guest/member has a great customer experience
- Focus on daily key performance indicators to drive profitability
- Coach sales process daily with sales associates
- Maintain impeccable Studio cleanliness daily
- Responsible to maintain physical operation of the studio
- Interview and hire Lash Stylists
- Interview and hire Lash Consultants/Front Desk
- Maintain HR processing and filing
- Administer Lash Stylist schedule daily (peak hours and weekend coverage)
- Resolve employee issues within the studio
- Processing Payroll Bi-weekly
- Coordinate with Franchise Owner(s) on marketing efforts for new prospects
- Inventory and Order Retail
- Progress meetings with Franchise Owner(s)
- Reviews millennium reports daily, weekly and monthly and assess progress
- Understands, believes in and upholds Amazing Lash Studio Vision and Values.
Experience required:
- College Education preferred.
- Management, marketing and sales experience in service/retail industry
- Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations and goals and delegate tasks
- Ability to effectively communicate expectations to staff and create a winning team
- Proficiency in generating membership retail sales goals and interpreting trends in sales reports
- Excellent trainer and motivator
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $53,873.00 per year
Benefits:

- 8 hour shift
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
