Regional Employment Agency has a full-time position open for a recruiter/Staffing Specialist. $18-$20 per hour.
Duties:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking system records
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities
- Assist in the negotiation and administration of employment contracts
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Experience in lead generation and talent management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
