A large HVAC manufacturer in the Louisville area is in need of an experienced Laser operator. This is a full-time temp to hire position. Must have experience with hand tools. Must have prior Nesting experience (Preferably with Radan). Must have Laser experience on operating Mazak Super Turbo X520 MKII.

Duties:
- Set up and operate laser cutting machines to cut, trim, or form workpieces according to specifications
- Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine work procedures
- Use tools such as calipers and micrometers to inspect parts for accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating laser cutting machines is preferred
- Familiarity with other machinery such as milling machines, lathe, press brake machine, and stamping press is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Proficient in basic math for measurements and calculations
- Knowledge of tooling and sheet metal fabrication techniques

Pay: $19.00 per hour
