A large packaging company in the Shepherdsville area is in need of an experienced Quality Control associate on 1st shift. This is a full time temp to hire position. This position will be reporting to the receiving supervisor. Must be reliable, have strong attention to detail and zero attendance issues.

Duties:
- Implement and maintain quality control standards and procedures
- Conduct quality inspections to identify product defects or deviations
-Conducting Cycle counts on all received products.
- Analyze data to improve quality systems and processes
- Coordinate with production teams to address quality issues promptly
- Fabricate and maintain detailed reports on quality metrics

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role
- Strong understanding of quality inspection techniques
- Knowledge of quality systems and standards
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
