What we're looking for:

• Passion for winning. Achieving goals and continuous improvement drive you.
• Read and interpret standard production drawings and job specifications.
• Inspect products to verify conformance to specifications.
• Detect faulty operation of equipment and/or defective materials and notify supervisors.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area.
• Operate CNC machinery safely to shear, punch, and form quality parts.
• Deburr sharp edges where needed.

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• CNC machine operation preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
• Education minimum: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Able to read standard tape measure.
• Must be able to read, write and perform basic math calculations.
• Flexible. The work environment is a non-temperature regulated facility with moderate to loud noise levels.
• Must pass drug screen and criminal background check.

Minimum Starting Pay: $21.33

Shift Information:

• Monday thru Thursday schedule - Four 10 hours shifts (40 hrs. per week)
• 1st Shift - 6:00am - 4:30pm
