- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Manage human capital by overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Implement performance management systems to track employee progress and development.
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Utilize Workday or similar HRIS system for managing employee information and processes.
- Collaborate with payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.
