Computer experience and knowledge needed. Home care office experience preferred but not required. Must be organized and able to work independently as well as with a group. Have exceptional organization and customer service skills (in person and face to face) • Be able to handle and excel in a busy work environment • Be reliable and responsible - have a good work ethic and pleasant personality
Job duties include but not limited to assisting with HR, scheduling and billing, as well as Office Manager assistance as needed.

Duties And Responsibilities • Demonstrates positive customer service when performing the role of Receptionist, answering phones, directing calls, greeting employees, filing and organizing files
Compose and process routine e-mail correspondence. • Assist in data entry as required. • Excellent communication and customer service skills are required during interaction with both internal and external professionals of all levels on a daily basis. • Must be computer literate, excellent working knowledge of all pertinent software. • Assist with Accounts Recievables when necessary. • Demonstrate respect and compassion in every interaction. • Conducts oneself with the highest degree of honesty and integrity in every interaction. • Demonstrates a passion for caring as evidenced by interaction with co-workers and visitors.
Occasional on call required with compensation.
