Alvita is searching for compassionate and reliable certified Home Health Aides throughout both New York and New Jersey. Numerous client locations available making for an easy commute.
Qualifications:

• Must have valid HHA / PCA certificate in the state of NY
• Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain (within the last year for physical)
• Must be living within Dix Hills and Huntington Station
• Drivers encouraged to apply - must have a valid driver's license

Tasks & Duties:

• ADL's: Activities of Daily Living
• IADL's: Instrumental Activities of Daily Living
• Possible RN delegation of activities
