We are seeking a passionate Housing Coordinator with at least five years' of experience to join our team of professionals in the Columbus area. As a Housing Coordinator, you will work with the Admissions Team, courts, community partners, and other stakeholders to identify apartment units for clients to move into. Work with F&W, Maintenance Team, and the Resident Managers to identify issues in each of the apartments and to remedy any issues so that a client can move in. Maintain the current inventory of occupied units and to assure any issues are reported to F&W and/or the Maintenance Team. Supervise the Resident Managers and assure that the weekly inspection reports are completed, urine drug screens are completed and entered into the Electronic Health Record, and that the community activities occur.

Education: Associates Degree in Business Administration

Experience: 5 years’ experience working in the housing industry or housing department . Experience working with CHN, CSB, CMHA, HUD and USHS highly preferred

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE

Computer Skills: Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and skilled in operation of personal computer, peripheral equipment (e.g., copier, fax, printers).
