Property Manager - Full time Property Manager responsible for managing daily operations of their properties, overseeing of maintenance and contractors. Ensuring smooth and effective running of communities in an extremely fast paced environment.
* Oversee all operations including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, reporting, collections, eviction, vacancies, lease renewals, service contracts, etc.
* Provide customer service to residents and potential tenants.
* Review new leases and knowledge in all phases of screening, leasing as well as tenant retention.
* Show apartments
* Conduct inspections of units and buildings.
* Obtain bids and oversee Capital Improvements projects.
* Advertising, all client traffic and leasing are being met.
* Maintain a great living environment for all tenants, through prompt conflict resolution and follow-up.
* High property management skills, software knowledge (Onsite, Realpage and AMSI)
* Ability to work and multi-task under stress.
* Excellent verbal, written and customer service skills.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office, AMSI and QuickBooks.
*Ability to effectively deal with challenges and problems.
* General office duties to include writing letters, answering phones, filing, preparing reports, interpreting policies and procedures.
* Ability to prioritize and schedule projects.
* Work a varying schedule to meet tenant and property needs.
* Must have VALID DRIVERS LICENSE
EDUCATION
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3-year property management experience
- Strong background in operations and turnaround situations
- Knowledge of OnSite, Realpage, AMSI property management software, QuickBooks, Familiar with Rent Control Consultants
- Section 8 experience in affordable housing
