Job Description:

Altra Service Professionals seeking one full time customer service representative in our Berlin, CT location. We are looking for someone who learns quickly and works efficiently. Much of this person's time will be spent answering & making phone calls, and data entry. Candidates should be very comfortable using computers; we will train you on our software.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00 pm.

• Making and receiving phone calls
• Email communication
• Reception / Customer Interaction
• Equipment tracking
