We are hiring a customer servicerepresentative to manage customer queries and complaints. You willalso be asked to process orders modifications and escalatecomplaints across a number of communication channels.

To do well inthis role you need to be able to remain calm when customers arefrustrated and have experience working withcomputers.

Customer ServiceRepresentativeResponsibilities :

  • Maintaininga positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers atall times.
  • Responding promptly to customerinquiries.
  • Communicating with customers throughvarious channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolvingcustomer complaints.
  • Processing orders forms applicationsand requests.
  • Keeping records of customerinteractions transactions comments andcomplaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating withcolleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback onthe efficiency of the customer serviceprocess.
  • Managing a team of junior customerservice representatives.
  • Ensure customersatisfaction and provide professional customersupport.
