Alten Technology USA is Hiring a Project Manager (Product Development) Near Greensboro, NC
As Project Manager (Product Development), you will be responsible for;
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects and maintenance within the specified QDCF (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Features) targets.
- Collaborate closely with the line organization to define deliverables for various groups, secure annual budget estimates, and allocate resources to support project deliveries.
- Establish clear requirements and deliverables for each department, following the global development process (GDP).
- Lead Program Increment activities using an Agile methodology with a cadence-based approach within the development teams.
- Identify dependencies and promote cross-functional collaboration within and across agile release train teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in engineering or project management.
- OEM experience within the realm of commercial vehicles or heavy industrial equipment.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma principles.
- Proficient in Structured Problem Solving (8D).
- Good awareness of SAFe Agile, SCRUM, and KANBAN Ways of Working (WoW).
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
